Sometimes we resist technology because the old routine works
New technology doesn't have to be useless for someone to resist it; it may simply disrupt a familiar process that already feels efficient. That makes it easy to confuse inconvenience with a principled objection. Which test would help distinguish a genuinely worse tool from one that's merely uncomfortable during the learning period?
