Human accountability can’t be delegated with the task
AI may perform analysis, generate options, or control parts of a system while people retain responsibility for consequences. That responsibility becomes hollow if no person understands the decision or can intervene. Which decisions should always have an identifiable human owner, and what knowledge and authority must that person possess for oversight to be real?
